涤纶织物还原黄G的染色性能

摘要 采用热溶法和高温高压法,将还原黄G超细粉应用于涤纶织物染色。探讨了染色方法和染色参数对染色后涤纶织物K/S值的影响,并比较了与之相近K/S值的还原黄G染色棉织物和涤纶织物的摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度。结果表明,还原黄G可用于涤纶染色,采用热溶法染色比采用高温高压染色所得K/S值高,匀染性好;还原黄G在涤纶织物上的摩擦牢度略低于棉,两者的皂洗牢度相当。 Polyester fabric was dyed with Vat Yellow G super-fine particles using thermosol dyeing and high temperature-pressure dyeing methods. The effects of dyeing methods and dyeing parameters on K/S value for polyester fabric were investigated. The color fastness to rubbing and washing of Vat Yellow G dyed polyester fabrics was compared with cotton having similar K/S value. The results showed that Vat Yellow G could be used to dye polyester, and thermosol dyed polyester fabric had higher K/S values and better levelness than high temperature-pressure dyed one. The color fastness to rubbing of polyester fabric was lower than that of cotton fabric, while the two dyed fabrics had similar washing fastness.
