摘要
由重油和化学试剂组成的硫化亚铁阻燃油剂的阻燃效果,采用DSC/TGA热分析仪进行考察。该方法具有样品用量少、分析速度快和数据准确的优点。通过室外实际环境下用卸载催化剂对比试验,阻燃油剂的阻燃效果与DSC/TGA的评价结果一致。经该方法筛选出的3组分阻燃油剂处理催化剂,在室外环境温度最高为39℃时,催化剂的最高温度低于未作任何处理催化剂9℃、低于由进口TP006阻燃油剂处理催化剂3℃,有较好的阻燃效果。
The effect of flame retardant on resisting the combustion of ferrous sulfide was determined by the DSC/TGA thermo analyzer. This method only needs a small amount of sample and is convenient, rapid and accurate. Compared with the control test which used actual catalyst outside, the effect of flame retardant was identical with the DSC/TGA test. The flame retardant which contained three components had better effect on flame retarding. The temperature of the catalyst was 9℃ below the untreated and was 3℃ below the imported TP006 when exoteric temperature was 39 ℃. The flame retardant had better effect on preventing ferrous sulfide from self-igniting.
