摘要
用分质处理法对印染废水处理进行研究,出水结果为:ρ(CODCr)为170 mg/L,ρ(BOD5)为40 mg/L,色度为90倍,ρ(SS)为60 mg/L,达到了国家规定的工业水2级排放标准。该工艺对色度的去除效果良好,分质处理法使需脱色的污水量降低了1/3,从而减少了1/3的脱色药剂投加量,节约了运行成本。
Dyeing wastewater was studied by dual treatment. The results of the outlet included: ρ (CODCr) to be 170 mg/L, ρ (BOD5) to be 40 mg/L, the colourity was 90, ρ(SS) to be 60 mg/L, which reached the second state-specified emission standard of industrial water. The removal effectiveness of the process to colourity was fine. Dual treatment reduced the needed decolorized sewage quantity by one -third, therefore, reduced the dose of decolorizing agent by one-third and saved the running cost.
