摘要
随着三维城市模型(Three Dimensional City Model,3DCM)的蓬勃发展和武警部队建设信息化步伐的快速推进,利用3DCM技术辅助武警指挥员在处置突发性事件(简称处突)中精确地获取信息、直观快速地理解信息、高效地利用信息受到越来越多的重视。本文在论述3DCM在武警处突指挥信息系统具体应用的基础上,设计了3DCM支持下武警处突方案演示系统,内容包括系统组成、主要功能及技术实现途径。
With the flourish development of three Dimensional City Model(3DCM) and rapid progress on building an information Chinese Armed Police Forces(CAPF),more emphases are placed on applying 3D city model technology for acquire and use information and aware battlefield environment in armed police's emergency-dealing.This paper analyzes the armed police force's requirement for 3D city geo-information and presents a scenario presentation system for armed police force emergency response system based on 3DCM.The configuration,main functions and character of the scenario presentation system are discussed.
