一次性注射器对结核菌素试验结果影响的研究

Influence of using disposable syringe on the results of tuberculin test

目的 探讨一次性无菌注射器对结核菌素试验结果是否有影响。方法 对196例住院结核病患者，分别应用一次性1ml无菌注射器（实验组）与专用结核菌素试验的1ml玻璃注射器（对照组），由同一主管护师在患者双前臂内侧中央皮肤无瘢痕部位用同一支BCG-PPD制品进行皮内注射0．1ml（含5Iu）试验。比较2组反应直径的差异。结果 对照组与观察组BCG—PPD试验，平均反应直径比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 一次性1ml无菌注射器可以替代结核菌素试验专用玻璃注射器进行试验，对结果无显著影响。

Objective To study the influence of disposable syringe on the results of tuberculin test. Methods Selected 196 patients with tuberculosis, disposable syringe and routine glass injector were used for them during the course tuberculin test respectively, and then compared the results between the disposable syringe and routine glass injector. Res,ults There was no significant difference on the tuberculin test results between the disposable syringe and routine glass injector,P〉0.05. Conclusions Disposable syringe can replace the traditional glass injector for tuberculin test, which can not influence the results of test significantly.
