护理部主任工作压力源的调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究护理部主任的工作压力源情况,为减少其工作压力提供依据。方法 选取山东省二三级医院的护理部主任\副主任或总护士长293人。以山东省卫生厅便函的方式发放自行设计的工作压力源问卷,调查护理部主任的工作压力源。结果 护理部主任压力源得分从高到低依次是:工作特征、组织结构、职业生涯、家庭冲突、工作角色和人际冲突。结论 护理部主任的压力源主要来自工作特征和组织结构,应针对此采取相应的缓解压力方式。 Objective To explore the working stress among directors of nursing department and to provide the theoretical support and practical guidance to reduce their stress. Methods Interviewed 293 directors of nursing department by stress questionnaires, and then analyzed the datum which had obtained. Results The consequence of working stress of directors of nursing department were working character, working fram,eareer life,family relationship,working role and interpersonal relationship. Conclusion The main working stress among directors of nursing department are working character and working fram,we should alleviate their working stress according to these.
