公共卫生机构护理管理现状调查及相应对策

Investigation on nursing managing conditions of public sanitation and counter measures

目的 调查公共卫生机构护理管理现状，并提出可行的完善对策。方法 采用质性研究设计，以三角交叉检视法，对某市公共卫生机构144名疾病控制中心护士进行现况调查，收集有关消毒隔离、一次性无菌医疗物品使用的注意事项、医疗废物处置、职业防护的知晓率及执行情况。结果 消毒隔离知晓率为79．8％；一次性无菌医疗用品的使用注意事项知晓率为44．5％；医疗废物处置知晓率为59．1％；职业防护知晓率为37．5％。结论 公共卫生机构护理人员消毒隔离意识淡薄，对相关制度执行力差。公共卫生机构应设立护理督察机构，加强护理人员疾病控制知识的培训，提高护理人员的制度执行力，有效控制隐性医源性感染，保障人民健康。

Objective In order to know the nursing managing conditions of public sanitation and carry out counter measures. Methods Interviewed 144 nurses from certain centers for disease control and prevention,and the contents included the mastering degree of nurse about key points of dealing with medial castoff, professional prevention and some related knowledge. Results The mastering rate of knowledge about disinfection and isolation was 79.8%, correct rate of knowledge on using single use sterile medical equipment was 44.5%,correct response rate of disposal of medical wastes was 59.1%, and the response rate to correct knowledge on occupational protection was 37.5%. Conchluions The awareness of sanitizing and isolation of nurses was weakness, some criterion was not carried out on rules. Related training should be strengthened for nurses.
