不同预处理及清洗方法对宫腔吸引管残留血清洗效果的比较研究

Effects about different preprocessing and cleaning methods for the residual blood in uteral cavity attractive tube

目的探讨不同预处理及清洗方法对宫腔吸引管残留血的清洗效果。方法对A、B、C3组各50件宫腔吸引管，分别采用不同的方法进行预处理和清洗。A组：使用后的宫腔吸引管分别采用多酶10min泡法和多酶3h泡法，目测管内壁的洁净度合格率。B组：使用后的宫腔吸引管分别采用健之素3h泡法和多酶3h泡法，手工刷洗后观察宫腔吸引管的清洗时效。C组：使用后的宫腔吸引管先用多酶浸泡3h再分别采用超声机清洗和手工刷洗＋高压喷枪冲洗，测试管内壁残留血。结果A组：多酶浸泡3h后清水冲洗后目测管内壁洁净度，与多酶浸泡10min比较差异有统计学意义；B组：多酶浸泡3h后手工刷洗，与健之素浸泡3h相比清洗时间缩短。C组：手工刷洗＋高压喷枪冲洗测试管内壁残留血，隐血试验合格率与超声机清洗比较差异有统计学意义。结论对宫腔吸引管延长多酶浸泡时间能充分溶解管内壁有机物，可提高清洗质量和清洗时效。若多酶浸泡3h后再用毛刷贴内壁刷洗配合高压喷枪冲洗可有效清除管内壁残留血。

Objective In order to know the influence about different preprocessing and cleaning methods for the residual blood in uterine cavity attractive tube, and then improve the cleaning quality, prevent infection in hospital. Methods Three different preprocessing and cleaning methods for the residual blood in uterine cavity attractive tube were used in Group A, B and C respectively. Group A, dipped the instruments in the enzyme liquid for 3 hours and 10 minutes, observed the cleaning qualification rate of the internal tube by eye after swashing with normal water. Group B, dipped the instruments in the enzyme liquid for 3 hours and in the Health Essence for 3 hours, observed the cleaning qualification rate of the internal tube by pressure jetting gun. Group C, observed the blood residual in the internal side of the tube after cleaning. Results The cleaning effects of enzyme liquid marinating at different time were different for 3 hours and 10 minutes in Group A. In Group B, it needs less time by dipping the instruments in the enzyme liquid for 3 hours than in the Health Essence for 3 hours. In Group C, there was significant difference on the blood residual and blood test between cleaning with supersonic cleaning and with washing by hand first, then swash with high pressure jetting gun. Conclusion The cleaning quality can be improved and the time can be shortened by prolonging the dipping time in the enzyme liquid because it can dissolve the organic articles inside the tube. And the blood residual can be deleted effectively by brushing the internal side of the tube and swashing with the high pressure jetting gun.
