摘要
目的探讨护理干预对变态反应病患者持续特异性脱敏治疗（SIT）的影响。方法将50例需进行SIT的变态反应病患者列为随访组，曾经进行过SIT的患者50例列为对照组。2组常规护理、治疗方法相同。对随访组患者实施为期1年的护理干预措施，1年后比较2组患者持续治疗的依从性。结果随访组治疗依从性显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论护理干预提高了变态反应病患者的治疗依从性，对疾病康复有积极的促进意义。
Objective In order to know the influence of nursing intervention on compliance of desensitization treatment for patients with allergic diseases. Methods Selected 50 patients with allergic diseases into the follow-up group, and 50 patients with allergic diseases into the control group. Routine nursing and treating methods were used in both the two groups, while nursing intervention was additionally used in the follow-up group. Compared the treating compliance between two groups after one-year followup. Results The difference in treating compliance between the two groups was significant, P〈0.01. Condusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of patients with allergic diseases when cured by desensitization treatment, and then improve their rehabilitation.
