摘要
目的了解住院原发性高血压患者遵医嘱用药状况，分析影响原发性高血压患者服药依从性的原因。方法应用自行设计的问卷，对315例住院原发性高血压患者的药物治疗依从性进行调查，并对结果进行分析。结果本组患者的服药依从率为33．65％，不依从率为66．35％。不依从的原因主要是因好转而停药、忘记服药、不知道高血压需长期服药、害怕药物的不良反应等。结论护士要有针对性的对患者进行健康教育，改变患者不正确的治疗观念，不断提高患者的依从行为。
Objective In order to know the compliant condition of drug therapy for patients with primary hypertension, and then analyze the related factors. Methods Serf-designed questionnaire was used for 315 patients with primary hypertension to interview compliant condition of drug therapy, and then analyzed the data of them. Results The mean drug compliant rate was 33.65%, and 66.35% was noncompliant. The reasons were stopping drug therapy because of hypertension improvement, forgetting drug therapy and patients not knowing that hypertension should be treated for a long time and so on. Conclu- sion Nurses should reinforce the health education according to their concreted conditions, alter their incorrect behaviors and improve their compliance for treatment.
