摘要
目的比较不同的灭菌方法对备用急救医疗器械进行灭菌的成本差异，以为减轻护理工作量，降低医疗间接成本提供具体的方法。方法比较对备用医疗器械采用高压灭菌和环氧乙烷灭菌的成本差异。结果环氧乙烷灭菌比高压灭菌成本降低116％。结论环氧乙烷灭菌对器械无损害，器械保存期长，可减轻工作量，降低医疗间接成本，取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Objective In order to know the differences of disinfection cost by different methods for medical apparatus and instruments, and then carry out proper disinfection method to low down the medical cost. Methods Compared the cost differences of disinfection about medical apparatus and instruments by epoxy ethane and high pressure. Results The cost of disinfection by epoxy ethane was significantly lower than that of by high pressure. Conclusion Disinfecting medical apparatus and instruments by epoxy ethane is effective, which can lighten nursing burden and low down the medical cost.
