摘要
目的探讨提高系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者激素应用依从性，减少复发率的有效的健康教育方法。方法随机选取42例SLE患者作为实验组进行针对性健康教育；另选取40例只作常规护理的SLE患者作为对照组，比较2组患者激素应用依从性的情况。结果实验组激素应用依从性行为显著优于对照组，x^2=8．33，P〈0．05。结论有针对性的健康教育是提高SLE患者激素应用依从性行为，减少复发率的有效措施。
Objective In order to know the effective method to improve the compliance of hormone treatment for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, and then decrease the recurrent rate. Methods Selected 42 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus as observation group, concreted health education was used for them. Selected 40 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus as control group, routine nursing was used for them. Compared the compliance of hormone treatment between the two groups. Results The compliance of hormone treatment in the observation group was better than that of in control group, x^2=8.33, P〈0.05. Conclusion Concreted health education can effectively improve the treatment compliance for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, and then decrease recurrent rate.
