坡柳种子提取物对菜青虫取食和生长发育的影响

Effect of Extracts from Dodonaea viscosa Seed on Feeding and Growth and Development of Pieris rapae L.

研究了坡柳种子乙醇提取物对菜青虫4龄幼虫的拒食作用和生长发育的影响。结果表明,坡柳种子乙醇提取物对菜青虫4龄幼虫有显著的拒食活性,24、48h的非选择性拒食性AFC50值分别为742.14、1099.93mg/L;选择性拒食AFC50值分别为1081.15、1553.2mg/L;乙醇提取物对菜青虫4龄幼虫的生长发育抑制作用明显,随施药剂量的增加,生长抑制率增大,化蛹率降低,处理剂量为5000mg/L时,生长抑制率大于100%,化蛹率仅为13.33%。

Antifeeding, inhibition of growth and development on 4^th instar larvae of Pieris rapae were determined. The results showed that ethanol extracts had evidenced antifeeding activity against 4^th instar larvae of Pieris rapae, the AFC50 of complete antifeeding activity were 742.14 mg/L, 1099.93 mg/L and the AFC50 of selective antifeeding activity were 1081.15 mg/L, 1553.83 mg/L in 24 hour and 48 hour for ethanol extracts from seed of Dodonaea viscose. Ethanol extracts also had strong effect on growth and development of Pieris rapae L. body weight and pipation rategain of the larvae were reduced, and growth inhibition was increased. The higher the concentration of the extracts was, the more severe the effects on the pest were. When treated with concentration of 5 000 mg/L, growth inhibition rate was more than 100%, pupation rate was 13.33%.
