摘要
为检测骨关节炎软骨病理变化评价系统的实用性和准确性。通过切除大鼠卵巢并切断膝交叉韧带,建立去卵巢大鼠膝骨性关节炎模型,采用骨性关节炎软骨病理变化评价系统对关节软骨在病变的早中晚期进行评价,并采用免疫组化检测软骨组织MMP-13的表达。结果显示OARSI评分与MMP-13染色指数成正相关。表明OARSI评分系统较合理体现了OA早期、晚期病理改变的组间差异,也提示OARSI评分有其一定的免疫组化基础。
In order to evaluate the practicability and accurately of assessment system of cartilaginous histopathology in osteoarthritis(OARSI,proposed in 10th world congress of the osteoarthritis research society international),we established the ovariectomized rat model of osteoarthritis escaped the curiae ligaments of the knee.We evaluated the pathological change of the cartilage in the early,middle and advanced stages according to the standard of OASRI,respectively.And the expression of the metalloprotease-13(MMP-13)was measured by immunohistochemical method.The result showed that the scoring of the OASRI and the staining index of MMP-13 had some positive correlation,suggesting that OASRI has a foundation of immunohistochemitry and can reflect reasonably the interclass variance of cartilaginous pathological change in every stage.
