复方太子参颗粒延缓失神经支配骨骼肌萎缩的组织病理学观察 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨复方太子参颗粒延缓失神经支配骨骼肌萎缩的机制,用切断右侧胫神经的方法建立失神经支配骨骼肌萎缩的54只SD大鼠模型,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别以复方太子参颗粒的生理盐水溶液及生理盐水灌胃。结果于术后2、4、6周检测发现大鼠失神经支配骨骼肌湿重、肌纤维直径、肌纤维截面积均进行性下降,实验组均显著大于对照组;萎缩骨骼肌中胶原纤维增多,实验组胶原纤维增加较少而对照组增加明显。表明复方太子参颗粒可以延缓失神经支配骨骼肌的萎缩;周围神经损伤后,周围神经的手术修复越早,术后功能恢复越好。 In order to probe the mechanism of FUFANGTAIZISHENKELI(TZS,a TCM granular preparation to treat atrophy)to stave skeleton-amyotrophia out of neural controlling(SANC),54 SD rats of the SANC model built by cutting off right shank nerves divided randomly into 2 groups:group A(the experimental group,treated by TZS),group B(the control group,treated by physiological saline solution).The wet weight,muscle fiber diameter,muscle fiber cross-sectional area of skeleton-muscle and collagen textile fiber were measured after 2,4,6 weeks,respectively.The result showed that the skeleton-muscle of the two group was becoming to atrophia,but the level of atrophia of group A was lighter than its of group B,on the contrary,the collagen textile fiber of the atrophy skeletal muscle of group B was more than its of group A,suggesting that TZS could stave the atrophy skeletal muscle in SANC,and the function was restored much better if treated by TZS earlier after the peripheral nerve surgery once the peripheral nerve damaged.
