摘要
研究了以硅藻土为原料,应用沉淀法制备白炭黑的工艺中,巯基硅烷A-189的用量对白炭黑吸油率和比表面积的影响,结果表明:改性白炭黑产品粒度分布均匀,可达纳米级,用W4的巯基硅烷改性所得产品具有最大的比表面积,其值为271.105m2/g,改性剂分子与白炭黑颗粒表面发生了化学吸附。
This article studies the influence of mercaptosilane A- 189 on the oil absorbing capacity and specific surface area of precipitated silica in preparing silica from diatomite. This study demonstrates that the size of modified product is uniform and reaches the level of nano- meter, the largest specific surface area of all the products modified with W4 weight parts of A - 189 achieves 271. 105m^2/g, and chemical absorption occurred between the surface of precipitated silica and modified agent molecules.
