摘要
社区是特定居民生活的社会共同体,和谐社区需要充分运用非物质资本。从社区发展的意义上看,各种非物质资源是社区发展的资本。人文资本是和谐社区建设的前提,文化资本是和谐社区建设的基础,人力资本是和谐社区建设的核心,道德资本是和谐社区建设的关键。和谐社区建设需要充分发挥非物质资本的作用:弘扬和谐精神,发挥非物质资本的整合效应;推进社区治理,发挥非物质资本的创新效应。
The community is the life community of specific resident. To build harmonious community need take full advantage of nonmaterial capital. Viewing from the significance of community development, all kinds of nonmaterial resources are the capital to develop community. Humanistic capital is the precondition to build the harmonious com- munity, cultural capital is the foundation, human capital is the core,and moral capital is the key. Building harmonious community need bring nonmaterial capital into full play： promote the harmonious spirit to bring the integration effect of nonmaterial capital into play; advance the community governance to bring the innovation effect of nonmaterial capital into play.
