从寻根者关照下的传统文化出发——论寻根文学的困境

Taking measures from the traditional culture concerned by root-seeker——Discussion on the dilemma of root-seeking literature

20世纪80年代中期“寻根文学”异军突起,并试图在传统与现代、中方与西方文化之间找到一种更适合于被世界所接受的文学表达方式。评论界,文艺界纷纷投身于“寻根”之列,可仅在一年的时间里,他们便如昙花一现,其原因在于寻根者在面对传统文化时,其出发点是矛盾的,其态度是模糊的,其选择又是片面的。

In the middle of 1980s, root- seeking literature rose suddenly, wanted to find out a kind of literature expression mode which can be accepted by the world between traditional and modern culture, between Chinese and western culture. Critics and literatus started to seek root, but they seemed as a flash in the pan. It is because when root -seekers faced traditional culture, their starts are ambivalent, attitudes are fuzzy, and choices are unilateral.
