摘要
采用同时蒸馏萃取方法提取华山松健康木和衰弱木树皮挥发性物质,而后用"Y"型嗅觉仪实验室内测试华山松木蠹象对挥发性物质的趋性。在此基础上采用GC/MS方法对华山松健康木和衰弱木树皮挥发性物质成分进行分析,从而了解华山松树皮挥发性物质与华山松木蠹象危害的关系。结果表明:健康华山松树皮中所含挥发性物质对华山松木蠹象具有很强的引诱作用,树势衰弱的华山松树皮中所含挥发性物质对华山松木蠹象有拒避作用。提取的健康华山松树皮挥发性物质中共65种成分,其中相对质量分数最大的是柠檬烯(29.27%),苯(17.81%)次之;树势衰弱的华山松树皮中所含挥发性物质共66种,其中相对质量分数最大的成分为3-蒈烯(26.97%),β-蒎烯(20.22%)次之。
The simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) equipment was used to extract the volatile matters in tree-bark both from healthy and weak armand pines, and then the taxis of armand pine bark-weevil towards the volatile matters was tested using the type of "Y" olfactometer in a laboratory. The relationship between the volatile matters from the pine tree and the endangerments of armand pine bark-weevil was studied by analyzing the constituents of the volatile matters with GC/MS. Results show that the alluring effect of the volatile matters from the healthy pine tree-bark is very strong, while the volatile matters from the weak pine have a repellent effect. There are 65 constituents within the volatile matters from the healthy tree-bark, showing the highest content of limonene (29.27%) and the higher content of benzene ( 17.81% ). Sixty-six constituents within the volatile matters from the weak tree-bark were identified, in which the content of 3-carene is the highest (26.97%), and then followed by β-pinene (20.22%).
