摘要
分析了某厂4号机大修后启动过程中5号瓦轴向和6号瓦垂直振动严重超标,且周期性变化的原因,处理后3000r/min定速及带负荷过程中各瓦振动均小于20μm,达到优秀水平。
The reason of No.5 bearing axial vibration and No.6 bearing vertical vibration of unit 4 as well as changing periodically after overhaul are given, and vibration values are far beyond the permitted level. After treatment, the bearing vibration is less than 20μm, the vibration reaches level A.
