Dressing device design of diamond rolling wheel

为实现轴承内圈双内沟的成形磨削,设计了金刚石滚轮修整装置。满足了产品的加工要求,解决了调心滚子轴承、调心球轴承、双沟球轴承和短圆柱滚子轴承加工中的主要技术难点。

Grinding uheel dressing device of diamond rolling wheel was designed to accomplish forming grinding of double inner groove of bearing inner ring. The processing requirements of products were met and main technical difficult points of spherical roller bcaring, spherical ball bearing, ball bearing with double groove and square roller bearing, etc, were solved with the device.
