单(6—OTs—β—CD)修饰PVC膜电极测定铅离子

The Modified Electrode with 6-OTS-β-CD and PVC Membrane Determination of Lead(Ⅱ)

建立了用单（6-OTs—β—CD）修饰PVC膜电极测定痕量铅（Ⅱ）的新方法。结果表明：峰电流（IP）与PB^2＋浓度在2．56×10^-3～9．32×10^-8mol／L之间有良好的线性关系，检测限为1．0×10^-12mol／L。回归方程分别为IP=624．3＋23．61gC，相关系数r=0．9992。

A new method for determination of Lead （Ⅱ） was studied by the modified electrode with single （6 - oxygen - 6 - contrapuntal toluene sulfonyl） - beta - dextrin （6 - OTS - β - CD） and PVC membrane. The results showed： The linear range of determination is 2.56×10^-3～9.32×10^-8mol/L for Lead （ Ⅱ ） ,and the detection limit is 1.0×10^-12mol/L. The regression equation is IP = 624.3 ＋ 23.61gC, r =0. 9992.
