结构形式更多样的方向发展通常上部楼层布置为住宅,下部楼层作商场使用。为了满足建筑功能的要求,上部需要小开间的轴线布置和较多的墙体以满足住宅的要求;下部则要求有尽可能大的灵活空间,柱网要大,墙要尽量少。为了实现这种结构布置,就必须在结构变换的楼层设置转换层。阐述某工程框支剪力墙结构的设计。

The trend of a variety of designing form is like this： the upper floors＇ are used as the resident while the lower ones are used as the shopping area. In order to satisfy the architecture functional requirements, the upper floors need the layout of axes in small rooms and more walls are required, while the lower ones need as much space as possible - - bigger columniation nets and fewer walls. The conversion layer should be installed in the changed configuration to realize this layout.
