摘要
文章提出了食用盐中亚硝酸盐的测定方法。食用盐中的亚硝酸盐在弱酸性条件下,与对α-氨基苯磺酸重氮化后,和N-1-盐酸萘已二胺偶合形成紫红色染料,在538nm的波长下,光度法测定。线性范围0mg/L~0.3mg/L,线性相关系数r=0.999x,检出限为0.14mg/kg的亚硝酸钠含量。
The analytic methods of nitrite in edible salt were described. In acidic solution,nitrite have diazo reacted with p - aminobenzene sulfonic acid, then coupling reacted with N - ( 1 - Naphthyl) -ethylenediamine dihydrochloride,the fuchsia dyestuff can be appeared. The content of nitrite was determined by spectrophotometry. The conditions are as follows: the wave length is 538mn, the linear range is between 0mg/L and 3 mg/L, r is 0.999x and the limit of detection is 0.14 mg/kg.
