A product innovation process model in supply chain

摘要 "十一五"规划明确强调了企业自主创新能力的重要性,我国制造企业必须通过提高自主创新能力来提高其在价值链上的地位。供应链上各成员企业间的沟通、协调,有利于制造业的产品创新。本文通过对比制造企业产品创新过程,提出支持产品创新的协作模式——供应链产品创新过程模式,并分析了该模式的优势及特征。 The capability of independent innovation is very important. Chinese manufactories should enhance their status in value chain by improving the independent innovative capability. Both the communication and harmonization between members in the supply chain are propitious to the product innovation of manufactory. Based on the comparison between the innovation process of manufactory and product innovation process in supply chain, a product innovation process model in supply chain is put forward. Then the advantages and characteristics of the model are analyzed.
