An introduction to experiment demonstration model of solar power satellite

摘要 介绍了自制的卫星太阳能电站教学演示系统,根据已制作成功的X波段小功率微波输电实验模型,介绍了人造太阳光源(氙气灯和微波硫灯)的工作原理和发光特性;给出了部分市售太阳能电池板的技术参数和选择原则;说明了简易耿氏振荡器的组成和实验应注意的问题;分析了喇叭天线菲涅耳区的场分布,并测量了相应的传输效率;解释了微波二极管的整流机理,总结了国产硅点接触微波二极管整流的实验结果,指出了二极管使用的注意事项. An X-band waveguide model for experimental demonstration of power transmisson by beamed microwave was developed. Based on that, the principles of xenon lamp and microwave sulphur lamp and their application to illuminate solar panel in laboratory are simply introduced, some parameters of a specific silicon solar panel providing power for microwave generator are described, microwave in the model is produced by a gunn diode and its correct usage is indicated, an expression to estimate electric field of a cylindrical horn in Fresnel region is given and the dependence of transmission efficiency of two identical rectangular horns on distance is shown, mechanism of microwave semiconductor diode is explained, the experimental results of several point-contact silicon diodes are summarized.
