活血化瘀法治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成134例临床及实验观察

Clinical and expermetal study on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis treated deep venous thrombosis

报道了以中医活血化瘀法治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成患者１３４例，并作了血液流变学的多项指标观察，结果：（１）中医活血化瘀法为主治疗效果显著，治愈好转率１００％。（２）血液流变学多项指标治疗前后有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示：中医活血化瘀法是治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的理想方法，血液粘稠度增高是下肢深静脉血栓形成的病理因素之一。

The traditioned chinese in ptomoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis treated 134 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were studyed and observed indexes of hemorrheology.The results showed:(1) It was effective in treatment of promoting blood circulation and remove blood stasis.The total effective rate was 100%.(2)indexes of hemorrheology were different before treatment and after treatment(P<0.01).It was a effective method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis treated lower extremity thrombosis and elevation of blood coagulability was one of basis of pathology.
