摘要
针对钢铁厂轧钢废水水温较高、溶气效果差、含油和悬浮物、油水密度接近、乳化严重等特点,在充分吸收DAF和CAF气浮技术的基础上,首次将CAF气浮技术应用于鞍钢中板废水的处理。通过工程现场实际运行数据对比发现:CAF气浮具有气浮效率高、电耗小、操作维护简单、工程造价和运行费用低等诸多优点。应用CAF气浮处理中板含油污水,油的去除率高于25%,悬浮物的去除率高于70%。
Characteristics of steel roiling high water temperature, poor gas dissolving waste water from an iron and steel plant were effect, containing oil and suspension, close density of oil and water and serious emulsifying degree. On the basis of sufficiently digesting DAF and CAF flotation technologies, the CAF flotation technology was first used to treat medium plate waste water of Anshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. Actual operation data of engineering site were compared. The results showed that the CAF flotation technology had advantages of high flotation efficiency, less power consumption, simple operation and maintenance, low engineering cost and operation expense. Oil removing rate was above 25% and suspension removing rate was above 70%.
