大学学术自由的内外制约

Intramural and external restraints to academic freedom in universities

自由与制约是一对相互依存的矛盾体,大学学术自由是有制约的。文章通过分析大学学术的内外部环境,认为大学学术自由主要受到八个方面的制约:其中内部的制约因素有学术自身的概念、学术道德、学者的价值观和人的认识能力;外部的制约因素则包括社会责任、政治体制、经济规律、法律法规等。

Freedom and restraint is a pair of interdependent contradictions. The academic freedom in universities has a great deal of restraints. Through analyzing the intramural and external circumstance of academic freedom, this paper thinks that there are eight restraints to the academic freedom in universities： the intramural restraints comprise the concept of academics itself, academic moralities, the researcher＇s values and human being＇ s cognitive capability ; the external ones include social duty, political system, economic laws, laws and regulations, and so on.
