Relationships between Magnesium and Protein concentrations in Serum

摘要 分析1000例血清镁浓度与总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白浓度,探讨镁与三蛋白之间的关系,结果表明在高和低白蛋白浓度时,镁浓度随白蛋白浓度升高而升高,呈良好的线性相关(r=0.998,0.992),而在白蛋白浓度正常时,镁浓度与白蛋白浓度无关(r=0.089)。线性回归分析提示:25%血清镁与白蛋白结合,8%和32%血清镁分别与球蛋白和总蛋白结合,在白蛋白浓度异常时,血清镁浓度可用公式:Mg2+C=Mg2+T+0.05(40-Alb)校正。 Determined concentrations of magnesium,total protein,albumin,and globulin in 1000 serum specimens from patients and studied a direct linear ralationships between the concentration of magnesium in serum and the concentrations of total protein,albumin,and globulin in serum.The results showed that albumin and magnesium concentrations are linearly related at high and low albuminand globulin in serum.The results showed that ablumin and magnesium concentrationsarelinearly related at high and low albumin concentrations (r=0 998,0 992).within the normal reference interval,howerver,the magnesium concentration is independent of the albumin concentration (r=0.089).Linear regression anglysis suggests that 25% the total serum magnesium is bound to albumin,8% to globulim and 32% to total protein.When albumin concentration is below or upper the normal reference interval,the magnesium concentration in serum may be corrected by the following formula:Mg 2+ C=Mg 2+ T+0 005(40-Alb)。
