“德育导师制”是近三年来我校德育工作者针对当前德育工作所存在的一些弊端进行深度思考后,探索和实践的一条改革学校德育工作的新思路,是一种新型的育人方法,也是一种亲情化、个性化的德育管理模式。

＂Tutor Guidenee on Virtue Education＂ is a new way to explore and practice the reform of virtne education in our school after deep consultation on the disadvantages in contemporary virtue education. It＇s a new way to educate students and a new management mode to specialize the family-like concern to the students and strengthen the students＇ identity.
