摘要 心理授权日益为心理学界所关注,已经成为西方管理心理学研究的热点问题之一。因此,了解心理授权的概念、理论及其相关研究,理清心理授权研究的脉络,对今后有关心理授权的研究具有十分重要的指导意义。 Psychological empowerment has become one of focused studies in West countries. Therefore, mastering its definition, theory, relation studies, and sorting out its theoretical thoughts will definitely play an important role on psychological empowennent studies.
