试论汉初封国与西周分封制度

Discussion on Sealing Country System in the Early Period of Hang Dynasty and System of Enfeoffs in Western Zhou Dynasty

汉初的封国制度与西周的分封制度在历史上都产生过深远的影响,西周的分封制度与宗法制度紧密结合在一起,实行的是“授民授疆土”的分封形式。而汉朝的分封制度是建立在封建土地所有制基础之上,是“剖裂疆土”的分封。他们二者在维护国家的统一方面作用是一致的,但是在运用的手段上却是相异的。
