生物合成的复合蛋白锌的基础研究(Ⅰ) 被引量:2

摘要 报道了复合蛋白锌的基础研究,用昆明小鼠及Wistar大鼠进行了毒理研究。急性毒性试验,用小鼠剂量相当于临床用量的125倍未观察到动物死亡及毒性反应;用大鼠随机分为高、低剂量组和对照组,连续给复合蛋白锌6个月后,检查血常规、血液生化、病理检查等均未见异常。 The present paper reports the toxicologic studies of complex protein-zinc in Kunming mice and Wistar rat.In acute toxicological experiment following 125 times of clinical dosage,no animal death and toxical reaction was found.After divided randomly into placebo and two different dosage groups with dosages 51 and 25 5 times of clinical ones,the rats were administered complex protein-zinc every day for 6 months.Then the blood routine,blood biogical and pathology examination were taken and it was found no abnomal.The experiment result suggests that it be safe to take complex protein-zinc.
