摘要
本文以CaO/ZrO2-La固体碱为催化剂,碳酸二甲酯、异辛醇为原料,通过酯交换反应合成碳酸二异辛酯。实验结果表明,活化温度600℃下催化剂的投加量(占反应物总质量)为1.5%时,产品收率达到66.8%。使用7次后,产品收率仍可达56.3%。利用核磁共振、红外光谱对产品进行分析,结果显示产品中无副产物,纯度较高。
Di - 2 - ethyhexyl carbonate was prepared by transesterification of dimethyl carbonate with 2 - ethylhexanol in the presence CaO/ZrO2 -La solid base as a catalyst. The experimental results showed that under the conditions of catalyst calcination temperature 600℃, catalyst content 1.5% （ over the total mass of the reaction solution）, the yield of product is 62.2%, and it still kept at 56.3% after the catalyst being usea seven times. A- nalysis of product by means of FTIR and HNMR, the result showed that no by- product the purity was high.
