摘要
硒酵母能促进小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,并能对抗地塞米松所致的巨噬细胞吞噬功能下降,具有增强非特异性免疫功能作用。硒酵母能明显增加小鼠免疫特异性玫瑰花结(RFC)形成,具有增强特异性细胞免疫功能的作用。硒酵母还能提高小鼠耐缺氧能力,延长小鼠游泳时间,即硒酵母能提高小鼠的应激能力。
Selenium yeast promoted the phagocytosis of macrophage of mouse,and antagonized the decline of phagoytosis of macrophage caused by dexamethasone,i.e.,it increased the non-specific immunological function of mouse.Selenium yeast markedly increased the formation of RFC of mouse,i.e.,it enhanced the specific immunological function.Selenium yeast enhanced the ability of resistance to hypoxia of mouse,and prolonged the duration of swimming of mouse also,in other words,selenium yeast enhanced the stress ability of mouse,but it did not markedly effect on oxygen consumpation.
