摘要
观察２５例食管癌病人手术后伤口愈合过程中血清Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｇ的变化，发现术后１天血清Ｚｎ和术后７天血清Ｆｅ与术前比较明显下降，有显著性意义。血清Ｃｕ、Ｍｇ术后变化不大，无统计学意义。提示：对于食管癌病人在围手术期应注意补充微量元素Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ。
The serum Zn、Fe、Cu、Mg levels were determined in 25 patients with esophageal cacer after operation.The findings showed a significantly decreased levels of serum Zn on day 1 and serum Fe on day 7 postoperativily compared with befor operation.Serum Cu、Mg were not obviously changed during wound healing.The results suggest that it is necessary to supplement trac element Zn、Fe to patients with esophageal cancer during perioperative period.
