构建社会主义和谐社会需要形成完善的利益表达机制,完善的利益表达机制是一个丰富、多元、畅通的表达机制。而我国现阶段利益表达渠道单一,并且表达渠道不畅通,存在很多人为的阻挠,各种利益冲突引发了诸多社会矛盾。这种利益表达机制的现状是有深刻原因的,只有明了这些原因,我们才能够更深刻地理解这些问题,也才能够提出合理的解决方法。
