摘要
文臣统军是元朝末年朱元璋独有的用人之道。文臣统军制约了将权,巩固了根据地,提高了军队的谋略水平,改善了部队作风,为以后的文臣统军制度化提供了先例。
Tile official＇s army - commanding was Zhu Yuan - zhang＇ s unique strategy at the end of Yuan Dynasty. Official＇ s army - commanding not only restrict the power of general, and improved force＇ s strategy but also built their military base and improved the style of work, thus, set an example for the later systematizing of official＇s army- commanding.
