摘要
在经济日益全球化的今天,正确理解和应对国际化经营中的跨文化现象具有重要的意义。要培养跨文化的意识,进行多层次、多形式的文化展示与交流,在策略制定上注意文化的融合、注意文化的变迁等,从而使文化差异转化为进行国际化经营的积极因素,实现国际化经营目标。
With the economic globalization, a proper understanding and handling issues concerning intercultural communication becomes of great significance in international operations and dais demands a series of different cultural introductions and exchanges with clear consciousness of intercom. An emphasis should be attached to the cultural integration and change, thus cultural diversities may be turned into positive dements and it's favorable to achieve the objectives in international operations.
