These differences usually become rather conspicuous in verbal and nonverbal communication, and are likely to cause clashes in fhe process of international business activities. Cousequently, we should adopt appropriate strategies to alleviate fhe negative effects of cultural differences. This thesis probes into the ways of improvements in fhe verbal and nonverbal language.
