Interlanguage is a universal phenomenon in the courses of second language acquisition. The negative transfer of native language and culture show their great influence on the fossilization of interlanguage. Foreign language learner should be aware of the phenomenon and extend enough regards to the pronunciation image, phrases forms and useage, enhance the mastery of the culture commons, and remain sensitive to culture diffences. Language learners can find ways to eliminate the inteffence by teachers＇ classroom team, students out-of-class activites.
