转基因油菜抗旱、抗寒及休眠能力的比较 被引量:3

摘要 以3个转基因油菜品系及3个对照品种为材料,在大田条件下比较研究了转基因油菜与非转基因对照苗期的抗旱能力、抗寒能力及其种子在大田土壤中的休眠能力。结果表明,转基因油菜与非转基因对照苗期都有较好的抗旱能力、抗寒能力,两者之间无显著性差异。在埋入土壤表层(3cm)与深层(20cm)条件下,转基因与非转基因对照种子之间的萌发率差异均不显著。 Transgenic rapeseeds were studied by comparison with controls on tolerance to coldness, drought and seed dormancy capability in field soil. The results showed both transgenic and controls rapeseeds had good tolerance to drought and coldness, no significant differences were found between them. Seed gerimination rates in 3cm-depth and 20cm-depth soil were not obvious between transgnic and nontransgenic lines.
