摘要
本法采用Luminol-H2O2-HRP系统建立了增强化学发光免疫法(ELEIA)检测乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg),该发光信号的强度与血清中HBsAg浓度呈线性关系,回归方程为:Y=0.4441X+0.0067,相关系数r=0.9971;批内变异系数为3.6%~9.3%、批间变异系数为10.2%~12.5%;回收率为82.5%~115.0%;最小检测限为20pg/ml;结果表明本法有灵敏性高,准确性和稳定性好的特点。
By utilizing luminol H 2O 2 HRP system, a enhanced luminescence immunoassay (ELEIA) method to measure HBsAg serum concentration was established。There is a good correlation between strength of light emission and serum concentration of HBsAg (r=0 9971)。The CV of within and without ran was 3 6%~9 3%(n=20),10 2%~12 5% (n=7) respectively, the recovery was 82 5%~115 0%。The detection limit was 20 pg/ml。ELEIA is a sensitive, acurate and stable method and is used to clinic routine work。
