本文对区域自主创新的理论进行研究,建立了深圳市自主创新研究的理论框架和评价体系,并对国内八个重点城市的科技自主创新能力进行测算和比较研究,找出深圳市科技自主创新体系中急需解决的问题及解决方法。

This paper carries on a research of self- innovation theories. With building up the theories frame of self- innovation and evaluating system and calculating and comparing the ability of self-innovation of eight important cities with the evaluating system, the problems and methods in the self-innovation system of science and technology in Shenzhen are found out.
