浙江省慈溪市部分城乡40岁以上人群糖尿病的患病率调查

Prevalence and related factors of diabetes among middle and old age population in Cixi area

目的了解慈溪市中老年人糖尿病的患病率和患病特点。方法采用分层、整群随机抽样方法,调查慈溪市2村6个社区40岁以上当地居民共868人,直接采用OGTT进行筛查。结果慈溪市40岁以上人群糖尿病、糖耐量异常和空腹糖异常的患病率分别是12.79%、9.22%、3.92%。城市居民糖尿病的患病率高于农村,农村居民的空腹糖异常患病率高于城市,女性糖尿病患病率高于男性,糖尿病的患病率随着年龄的增加而逐渐增加。结论慈溪市中老年人糖尿病患病率较高,甚至稍高于国内部分大中城市,接近发达国家水平。

Objective To determine the prevalence and related factors of diabetes among middle and old age population in Cixi area. Methods 868 subjects who aged more than 40 in two urban and six communities were performed in Cixi city.To screened by OGIT direetty.Results The prevalence rate of DM was 12.79%,the prevalence rate of IGT was 9.22% and the prevalence rate of IFG was 3.92%.The prevalence rate of DM was higher in rural population than that in urban population, the prevalence rate of IFG was higher in urban population than that in rural population,The prevalence rate of DM and IGT was higher in women than men.The prevalence rate of DM was increased with age.Conclusion The current prevalence of DM in CiXi city is higher.
