摘要
以无水K2CO3为催化剂,在超声辐射下,由硝基苯甲醛和丙酮经C laisen-Schm idt缩合反应制得1,5-二-(3-硝基苯基)-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮,并讨论了影响产物收率的因素。结果表明,最佳反应条件为反应物硝基苯甲醛与丙酮摩尔比为2,甲醇用量为3 mL,催化剂无水K2CO3与间硝基苯甲醛的摩尔比为0.4,在33℃下用450 W超声辐射,反应20 m in,收率达88%以上,具有反应时间短,条件温和,操作简便和收率高等优点。
The synthesis of 1, 5-bis-( 3-nitrophenyl)-1, 4-pentadien-3-one though the Claisen-Sehmidt condensation between 3-nitrobenzaldehyde and acetone was performed in methanol under ultrasound in the presence of anhydrous K2CO3. The results show that the best reaction conditions are that the molar ratio of 3-nitrobenzaldehyde vs acetone is 2, amount of methanol 3 mL, the molar ratio of anhydrous K2CO3 vs 3-nitrobenzaldehyde 0. 4, the reaction is performed at 33 ℃ for 20 rain in a 450 W ultrasound cleaner, and the yield is over 88%. Compared with previous methods in the literature, the present procedure has the advantages of shorter reaction time, easier work-up, milder conditions and higher yields.
