摘要
文章首先建立了XH715立式加工中心整机及主要零部件的CAD/CAE模型,然后采用有限元分析理论对模型整机及主要零部件的模态和谐响应特性进行了分析,最后对原机床设计的薄弱环节提出了几种改进方案,基于动态优化技术对主要零部件做了方案比较式优化设计,分析结果表明优化设计后结构较为合理,可应用于实际生产中。
In this paper,the model of the whole machine and its main components assembly in CAD/ CAE are established, and then the theory of finite element analysis is adopted to analyze features of the models and the simple harmonic response. Based on the finite element analysis, the paper presents several improved schemes toward the weakness of the old model. The analysis indicates that the design is available, it is applied in practice.
