高等学校在支撑经济社会发展,提高自主创新能力,推进创新型国家建设中具有不可替代的独特作用。高等学校培养的自主创新人才应具备创新素质,包括创新意识、创新精神、创新思维和创新个性等。
Higher education Ires the irreplaceable and unique functions on holding out economic society development, improving the ability of independent innovation and pushing forward the construction of innovating country. Innovating intellectual should have the innovative quality,including innovational consciousness, spirit and personality.
