大型听神经瘤的手术治疗

Operative Treatment of Large Acoustic Neurinoma

对４１例直径大于２ｃｍ的听神经瘤手术切除的临床经验进行了总结。肿瘤全切除３３例，次全切除８例，死亡２例。术后随访３～６个月，复发６例，面神经解剖学保存３９例，功能恢复２３例（５６％）。３８例术前有听力障碍者，听神经解剖学保存８例，但无１例功能恢复。本文针对大型听神经瘤的手术需要注意的问题作了扼要讨论。

acoustic neuronomas more than 2cm diameter were operated between 1988-1994. 33 tumors were removed totally, 2 patients died (5%). Facial nerves of 39 cases were preserved, fol-lowing up 3-6 months, function of 23 facial nerves (56%)were recovered. In 8 cochlear nerves preservation of 38 patients withhearing lost, no one recovered after operation. Main points of operation for big acoustic neuronomas were discussed.
